I'm Joyce Hanlon, an interdisciplinary designer, architect, and project manager based in Brooklyn.
I'm a Project Designer at Snøhetta, where I've worked for the last six years.
From concepting to prototyping to documentation, my work touches every stage of the design process.
I make complex systems cohesive and elegant.
As a Project Designer, I lead design teams and coordinate work across disciplines to ensure the final product is cohesive, well detailed, and on schedule.

While completing my Master of Architecture, I worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for The University of Texas at Austin. I also lectured on editorial work of UTSOA design publication at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and presented on 16 member team's research at national exhibition launch at Parsons.

As an undergraduate Architecture student at the University of Cincinnati, I showcased a prototype for emergency response shelter design at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York City.
